Registration Process
Clark County School District Requires online registration (OLR) for ALL students EVERY school year.
Proof of address will need to be provided in order to complete the registration process.
What Documentation is Needed?
- Students new to the district need to submit a copy of proof of address, child's Birth Certificate / Passport, Immunization records, AND parent identification.
- Students returning to our school will need to submit a current utility bill & parent ID when registering every school year.
Proof of Address
This includes one of the following:
- Mortgages, leases, or rental statements
- Gas, Electric, or Water ONLY
Birth Certificate or Passport
- ONLY required for new
students to CCSD.
Parent Identification
- Drivers' License
- Passport
- or Official ID
Immunization Records
- Must be up-to-date on required
immunizations; this is only
required for new students to
CCSD and Kindergarten.
Individualized Education Program (IEP) or Section 504 Plan
- ONLY necessary if your student is enrolling from outside the Clark County School District.

Fill out the Google Form
Once you have all the documents in order, please;
- Scan
- Take a photo (must be a JPEG file) with your cell phone or
- Fax to 702-799-8380
Then, fill out the Antonello Registration Google Form and upload the documents where prompted.
Please DO NOT submit partial documents, submit them all together!
Acceptance letters from the District must accompany registration.

Remember that the registration process is not complete until the required documents are submitted.

SHARED HOUSING
If the utilities are not in the parent/guardian's name,
contact the Shared Housing/Education Services

Zone variances are no longer implemented at the school level.
If you do not live in Antonello's zone, you must enroll at your zoned school.
